After receiving a phone number to contact xentec.us, I received some good help picking the right HID headlight kit for my car and, perhaps more importantly, good guidance on installation of product. Unfortunately, the kits come with no good instructions on installation of their product. Also, there is no general identification of any kit (no product number on box for instance) so it is difficult to know for sure what you are getting and if it will work in your car. Therefore, it is most important to be able to speak to someone who knows the product and can help get the right application.

The wrong bulbs they will never work I definitely typed in The correct vehicle this is my second time the first time I sent it back and got my money back. I want the correct *** or Im sending this back and get my money back I would like to have this product if it was the correct one. Send me the correct one Fix it or I can make a bunch of bad reviews on your main page. Not to mention the box that I got the product in pretty nasty looking.

Xentec H11 8000K Xenon Kit Review

I purchased a h11 hid kit 8000k from amazon one of the ballast lasted about one week as it first started to flicker and went out completely I tested bulbs and wires and its the ballast I called amazon and they said xentec is no longer with them of something to that anyway what do o do if I send it to them to replace better off just throwing it in the garbage

Did it occur to you to purchase an Xentec HID Computer Warning Canceller & Anti Flicker. This is needed with the kit and is not supplied with it. It would have solved all your problems.

Bought Xentec HID-kit got ripped off

Bought a Xentec HID-kit online from seller iD dealtime321 , they never worked, contacted seller that told me to return them for an exchange, sent the kit to them with tracking #. Never received a new kit or heard from them again. Have tried to contact them several times. No reaction. Here is the email from the company: 1. "Hi, Don't worried. Just ship it back and let me know the tracking number, we will do the replacement for you, thank you. 2. "Hi^^ please send back to us to xENTEC P. O. BOX 466 WALNUT CA 91788 and please make an detail note inside the package include the following information Return name and address: Paypal Transaction id number & Ebay ID : Reason for the return package so we can take care it for you ASAP once we receive the Package P.S. : Please let me know once you ship back the package and provide me the tracking number, thank you! So I got ripped off. First I paid for the kit and on top of that I paid return shipping and got nothing. Dont deal with these guys, they might use different seller ID's so watch out.

I bought a XENON HID kit from them in DEC.2013. The kit did not work properly so the had me buy a set of cancellers for another $20, which after installing them one of them blew up.

I returned them like they asked, heard from them a couple of times, filed a case through EBAY, still haven't heard from them. This is now late April 2014. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

:( :( :( Ebay and PayPal are just as bad. You try to talk to them and they act like they will help but nothing and imonkeystore.com knows that you have 45 days to file a claim so they stall.

same here. 2 separate orders.

1 order ballast DOA, the other set one of the bulbs DOA. Seller wont respond, and also blocked me.

Same thing here as well. imonkeystore they sent my two kits out.

I stalled them and they worked great for about two days on one and a week and a half on the other. Each kit had one ballast fail. So i got a tracking number and sent back the two bad ballasts. Ever since the tracking number shows as received I have gotten no response from them.

Ebay said since it is past the 45 days to talk to PayPal. Paypal said since it is past 45 days to talk to my card provider.

Visa says nothing they can do. Grrrrrr

Yep, Happened to me too!! Blown ballast.

Shipped it back as instructed. They did ship a replacement. First thing I noticed was the back of the replacement ballast was taped on with scotch tape. Ballast did not work.

I took the scotch tape off and the back fell off! :( . I give up.

I put my always faithful hot burning headlights back in. :upset

Happened to me also with their ebay id imonkeystore. from the same location.

Lights didnt work and told me to send back for refund with instructions. Was told they received it and would send my refund asap but never got anything and havent been able to contact them since.

Also tried to contact eBay about it and they did nothing to help, they just said to report it to local police. What a load of bs

Same thing happened to me. Returned the defective part as per their directions & they replied via Ebay - TWICE - that they were sending replacement.

Never got it and by then it was too late to lodge complaint with Ebay.

Watch out, folks. They're still selling them on Ebay.
